Deirdre Aaron

Attorney Deirdre Aaron is an experienced litigator who has dedicated her career to representing employees. She primarily litigates wage theft actions, including class and collective actions. Deirdre has litigated and settled nationwide class and collective action cases on behalf of workers in many industries, including retail chains, banks, restaurants, and home health agencies. She has represented workers who were denied overtime, misclassified as independent contractors rather than employees, and denied minimum wages. Deirdre has also litigated disparate impact and pay equity discrimination cases.

Education & Background:

Deirdre Aaron is a 2004 graduate of Northwestern University and a 2010 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif). Prior to joining the firm, Deirdre worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor, and as a partner at the plaintiff-side employment firm of Outten & Golden LLP. Upon graduating law school, Deirdre served as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
