This collective action lawsuit is going forward in the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for CHC Service Coordinators employed in Pennsylvania by AmeriHealth Caritas. The workers allege that AmeriHealth Caritas violated Pennsylvania and federal law by failing to pay them full overtime premium compensation for hours worked over 40 per week. AmeriHealth Caritas denies that it violated any laws.
