This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for maintenance workers at the Procter & Gamble Company facility in Mehoopany, PA. The lawsuit alleges that the company violated Pennsylvania law by failing to pay workers for certain activities they performed before and after the paid shift, including time associated with COVID screenings and time spent walking to assigned work locations.
