This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for workers at Cargill’s meat plants in Hazleton, Camp Hill, and Wyalusing, PA.  The lawsuit alleges that the company violated Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay workers for activities performed before and after the paid shift.  Such activities include time associated with mandatory COVID screenings and time spent walking to and from assigned work locations within the plant.
