This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid wages for individuals who worked for the company as delivery drivers in New Jersey.  The lawsuit alleges that the company violated New Jersey wage and overtime law by classifying delivery drivers as independent contractors and failing to pay them overtime premium wages for hours worked over 40 in a week in addition to making certain withholdings to their compensation.
