This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for workers at the company’s warehouse facility located in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.  The lawsuit alleges that the company violated Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay workers for activities performed before and after the paid shift such as time spent walking to and from assigned work locations within the facilities.
