This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages to employees paid an hourly wage plus additional bonus compensation.  The lawsuit alleged that the Company’s payroll system did not factor certain bonus payments in calculating the rate at which overtime compensation was calculated for weeks in which employees worked over 40 hours.
