This class action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for hourly employees at UPS’s warehouse in Bensenville, Illinois.  The lawsuit alleges that the companies violated Illinois wage and overtime law by failing to pay the workers for certain activities they performed before and after their paid shift each day at the facilities including time associated with the security screening process and not paying them a minimum of four hours of pay for each day they reported to work.
