This class action lawsuit sought to recover unpaid overtime wages for workers at the company’s warehouses in Pennsylvania including Carlisle, Middletown, and York. The lawsuit alleged that the company violated Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay workers for activities performed before and after the paid shift. Such activities include time associated with mandatory security screenings and walking within the facility.
