Today we filed a class action lawsuit against Tasty Baking Company alleging that the company violated the "Best Efforts" provision of the Distributor's Agreements with delivery drivers. The lawsuit was filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. A copy of the complaint is available below.
SEP 5, 2019
Today we are happy to announce that Judge Gary Glazer of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas entered an order denying Tasty Baking's motion to dismiss the case. A copy of the Court's order is attached. We will be having a conference with the Court in the coming weeks to set the schedule and deadlines for the next stage of the litigation.
