We are very pleased that, earlier today, a Federal Magistrate Judge issued a 10-page opinion recommending that the Store Managers’ “conditional certification” motion be granted. This opinion contains a nice summary of the lenient conditional certification standard. If the Federal District Judge adopts this recommendation, we will be able to notify all the Store Managers of the lawsuit.
