This class action lawsuit sought to recover unpaid wages for restaurant servers who worked at Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.  The servers alleged that the company violated federal and state wage laws by paying them a tipped minimum wage less than $7.25 per hour and requiring that they share tips with Sushi Chefs and perform excessive amounts of non-tip producing sidework.
