This collective action lawsuit seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages for Traveling Merchandisers who performed rebuilds at Dollar General retail stores and were paid by Rhombus Services, LLC or BrandPoint Services.  The workers allege that the company violated federal law by failing to pay them full overtime premium compensation for hours worked over 40 per week.
