Read the Nela Institute’s Latest Report on the Widespread Use of Mandatory Workplace Arbitration Agreements

The research arm of the NELA Institute for Law and Policy recently issued a report entitled “The Widespread Use of Workplace Arbitration Among America’s Top 100 Companies.” You can link to the report HERE. I thought this was interesting reading if you want to learn more about how forced arbitration is becoming the “new norm” in employment law.  It really is extraordinary how a branch of our government (the judiciary) has relinquished to private arbitrators the sacred duty of enforcing some of the Nation’s most precious laws (Title VII, the FLSA, the ADA, etc.).
